I started Allen IT Home Services because I kept noticing the same thing: people with real tech problems and nowhere good to turn. The big box stores are impersonal, the call centers are frustrating, and most IT companies focus on businesses — not the families and seniors who need help the most.
I've been working in technology for years and have helped countless people get comfortable with their devices. There's something genuinely satisfying about watching someone's frustration turn into confidence — when a grandparent successfully video calls their grandkids for the first time, or when a home office finally stops fighting its printer.
